ABOUT THE AUTHOR
liff Kayser has spent more than four decades working at the intersection of human development, leadership, Polarity Thinking, and Taoist wisdom. His practice has taken him into organizations and communities across sectors and around the world, where he helps people recognize interdependent tensions and make wiser choices within them.
A catastrophic accident in 2021 interrupted that work and changed its direction, bringing the diffe rent parts of his life and thinking into closer relationship. He is the author of the Just Tao It and Wiser Decisions series and the founder of XperienceIT Press, created to steward this long-arc body of work and help it reach readers who may find it useful.
